Administrative Theories for Organizations of the XXI Century (3 credits)
A journey through the different theories that support administration and management in organizations is presented, with a critical approach that allows responding to the questions posed by some authors, according to which we can not continue to direct our organizations under assumptions established more than a century.
Development of Management Competencies and Senior Management Models (3 credits)
A competence is the sum of knowledge, skills, abilities and aptitudes, therefore, in this unit we will develop those distinctive elements that a manager or manager, should demonstrate in our context to perform successfully in their management.
Knowledge Management, Technology and Information Systems (3 credits)
Knowledge in organizations is considered a key resource to obtain competitive advantages, more when we talk about the tacit knowledge that exists in them. Technological tools and information systems have become the most effective means to help this process. In addition, the use of technology is a capacity that is increasingly widespread and common to all competitors. Elective and Deepening Study Units (9 Credits)
